Digitalization is bringing a lot of new requirements for companies, and HR departments may struggle with educating existing employees and acquiring new talents. Kati Sulin, a CDO at DNA raises discussion about the digital talent requirements from a few different angles: Digital thinking is something that everyone in a company should have. Moreover, special data strategist skills are also required nowadays. But ultimately, “if you don’t have the business people who can combine all the data with the business case, you have nothing”.
